A/S Mary Kelley has over 30 years of experience in corrections.  She began her career at the Massachusetts Department of Correction in 1980 as
a Senior Social Worker.

During her time with the NSO, A/S Kelley has worked her way through the ranks holding various positions throughout her career including ADS, Director of Classification, ADS of Intake and Booking and Operational Duty Officer
as well as a number of classification, programs and re-entry based positions. In addition to her role as A/S for Offender and Court Management, A/S Kelley has been appointed to the position of PREA Coordinator for the agency. Since that time, she has attained the national certification of a Department of Justice certified PREA Auditor.

She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University
and achieved the Certified Jail Manager certification from the American Jail Association. Mary has been a guest lecturer at various local colleges and in May 2015, she was the Key Note Speaker at the Senior Ceremony at the School of Criminal Justice at Northeastern University. She is a member of American Correctional Association and American Jail Association.
