ADS Randall has served as the Assistant Deputy Superintendent of Support Service since May 1999. He brings a total of over 30 years of experience to the Sheriff’s Office. ADS Randall holds a construction supervisor license as well as a home improvement license. He has a strong background in building and construction.

He is responsible for the Support Service division, including general maintenance, preventive maintenance, tool control, HVAC, electrical and plumbing services.

Since 1999, the support service department, under the supervision of ADS Randall, has renovated two outside atriums, one into a state-of-the-art conference room and the other into an office suite consisting of 5 offices, a conference room, and bathroom. Multiple restoration projects and renovations have been completed as Deputy Randall has worked closely with the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) on deferred maintenance funding.

ADS Randall has attended certification programs for facility managers offered through DCAMM including MAFMA University (Massachusetts Facility Management Association) and BOS (Building Operator Certification). Additionally, he is certified by OSHA.
