Civil Process

The Norfolk County Sheriff's Office is mandated by Massachusetts law to serve legal process documents to parties involved in civil court court cases. The Norfolk County Sheriff's Office Civil Process Division offers numerous services above and beyond those required by their legislative mandate. All Civil Process Division staff members are trained and certified by the Massachusetts Intermittent Police Training Council.

Norfolk County Sheriff Michael G. Bellotti has instituted a number of reforms and modernizations to bring the office into sync with today's business world. The Civil Process Division has a peerless record of providing services to all parties involved in civil court matters, and those services are detailed throughout this section of the website.
